WOUNDED WATERS INC. FIREARM RAFFLE — OFFICIAL RULES
ELIGIBILITY This raffle is open to all valid U.S. residents. Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter. Winners selected for a rifle (AR-10 .308 or AR-15 9mm) must be at least 18 years of age. The winner selected for the pistol must be at least 21 years of age. All winners must successfully pass the required federal and state background checks in order to receive their firearm. Void where prohibited by law.
RAFFLE DATES Ticket sales open on Friday, March 13, 2025 at 9:00 AM Eastern and close on Friday, May 2, 2025 at 9:00 PM Eastern.

- 1 ticket for $20
- 5 tickets for $100.00
DRAWING The drawing will be held live on Friday, May 2, 2025 at 9:00 PM Eastern at the Wounded Waters Offshore War Fishing Tournament. Winners will be selected by random digital draw using Chance2Win software. You do not need to be present to win.
Six (5) total winners will be drawn — three (2) primary winners and three (3) alternate winners. The drawing will proceed as follows:
- 1st winner drawn selects their choice from both firearms
- 2nd winner drawn receives the remaining firearm
Alternate winners will be contacted only in the event a primary winner is unable to complete the required background check or forfeits their prize.
PRIZES Three (2) firearms will be awarded with a combined estimated retail value exceeding $17,500:
- Blackhawk Custom AR-10 .308 — Estimated retail value: $15,000 (eligible for winners 18+)
- Jarhead Custom AR-15 9mm — Estimated retail value: $2,500 (eligible for winners 18+)
FIREARM TRANSFER & BACKGROUND CHECK All firearms will be transferred through Wounded Waters’ designated FFL dealer, Blackhawk Customs, Fort Pierce, Florida. Winners must successfully pass all required federal and state background checks prior to taking possession of any firearm.
- Local winners must appear in person at Blackhawk Customs in Fort Pierce, Florida to complete their transfer.
- Non-local winners will have their firearm shipped to the FFL dealer nearest to them upon successful completion of the background check. All applicable transfer fees are the responsibility of the winner.
Winners are solely responsible for compliance with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the ownership and possession of firearms.
WINNER NOTIFICATION Winners will be contacted via the email address and phone number provided at the time of entry. Winners must respond within 72 hours of notification or an alternate winner will be selected.
PURPOSE OF FUNDS All proceeds from this raffle directly benefit Wounded Waters Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Vero Beach, Florida. Funds raised support saltwater therapy programs — including offshore fishing, diving, and food assistance — provided free of charge to veterans and first responders. Since 2019, Wounded Waters has served 590+ heroes who have sacrificed in service to this country.
Wounded Waters Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Contributions may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
